Research project : Dyslexia
PARTICIPATE IN A RESEARCH PROJECT ON READING AND WRITTING
Would you like to help us increase knowledge about dyslexia?
Or else, have you always wanted to know more about your eye movements when you are reading?
The team of CRIR-IURDPM researcher Brigitte Stanké, Ph.D. is looking for French-speaking children (9 to 11 years old) and French-speaking adults (18 to 40 years old), with or without dyslexia, who would like to take part in a study on eye movements in reading.
What you need to know:
- Where? At CRIR-Centre de réadaptation en déficience physique Lucie-Bruneau (2275 Laurier East Avenue, Montreal) or at School of Speech-Language pathology and audiology of Université de Montréal (7077 Parc Avenue, Montreal). Both locations are accessible by public transportation (metro, bus) or by car.
- When? We will adapt to your schedule! You have the choice: visit us for two meetings of 1.5 hours, or a single meeting of 2.5 hours followed by a virtual meeting of 15 minutes a week later.
- What? You or your child will complete reading and writing tasks, as well as other tasks used to assess reading and writing skills.
