We are seeking to hire a research assistant who would be excited to work on a CIHR-funded, national, dynamic and community-engaged project.

Position details

  • Up to 2-years part-time employment.
  • Variable hours (up to 21 hours per week).
  • Able to work remotely to complete the project.
  • Salary to be negotiated.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: health/rehabilitation, social-work, community development, community health science, public health, psychology, or related field (required).
  • Demonstrated knowledge with past research experience in mixed methods or qualitative research (preferred).
  • Background knowledge and experience in acquired brain injury (ABI) research and/or other work (preferred).
  • Previous experience in community-engaged and/or integrated knowledge translation research approaches (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in assisting with research projects, including project management support (preferred but not required).
  • Bilingual in both French and English (preferred but not required).
