This includes requests for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initial ethics review (<a href=\"https:\/\/crir.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/F11aRDP.pdf\">F11a<\/a>),<\/li>\n<li>Modifications (<a href=\"https:\/\/crir.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Nagano-F1.pdf\">F1<\/a>),<\/li>\n<li>Incidents notificaton (F5),<\/li>\n<li>Annual renewal (F9),<\/li>\n<li>Closure (F10).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to submit an ethics review request<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The researcher submits his project according to the deadlines (see current <a href=\"https:\/\/crir.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Calendrier_2026-2027_CER_RDP_EN.docx\">calendar<\/a>). This\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/crir.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/documents_depot_initial_FR-EN.pdf\">list<\/a> can help you prepare your submission.<\/li>\n<li>The researcher must indicate all the institutions in the health and social services network he wishes to invite to take part in his project, and all useful information about local populations and conditions likely to have an impact on the assessment of ethical acceptability;<\/li>\n<li>The researcher attaches the positive result of the scientific review or the steps taken to this end.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>When the REB RDP acts as the reviewing REB for a multicenter project, or when the research project takes place in any site that is not Sant\u00e9 Qu\u00e9bec Centre-Sud-de-l\u2019\u00cele-de-Montr\u00e9al &#8211; Universitaire, the researcher must submit his or her research project via the Sant\u00e9 Qu\u00e9bec Centre-Sud-de-l\u2019\u00cele-de-Montr\u00e9al &#8211; Universitaire Nagano platform, first completing the <strong>&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/crir.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/creation_F0.docx\">F0<\/a>&#8221; form<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Nagano \u2013 Useful tips<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>How to get your Nagano access code at Sant\u00e9 Qu\u00e9bec Centre-Sud-de-l\u2019\u00cele-de-Montr\u00e9al &#8211; Universitaire<\/strong>:<a href=\"https:\/\/crir.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Comment-obtenir-mon-acc%C3%A8s-Nagano.pdf\"> How to get my Nagano access<\/a>(pdf).
