CRIR Scientific Evaluation Committee<\/h1>\n<h2>Job description<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The mission of the Centre de recherche interdisciplinaire en r\u00e9adaptation du Montr\u00e9al m\u00e9tropolitain (CRIR) is &#8220;to optimize the functional capacity and performance, participation and social inclusion of people with physical disabilities through research in the biomedical and psychosocial fields of rehabilitation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CRIR&#8217;s multidisciplinary research team includes 95 researchers divided into two research axes, more than 153 clinical members\/stakeholders who collaborate on various research projects and more than 460 students.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Scientific Review Committee (SAC) is responsible for the prior scientific evaluation of all research projects that are submitted either to the Research Ethics Board (REB) in Rehabilitation and Physical Disability (RDP) or to the IRDPQ Research Ethics Board (REB), except those that have already undergone a recognized scientific evaluation.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Job Summary<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under the direction of the Chair of the Scientific Evaluation Committee and under the hierarchical and administrative authority of the Assistant to the Scientific Direction of CRIR &#8211; PUR, the person supports the activities, organizes and monitors the scientific evaluations and the administration of the activities of the CRIR Scientific Evaluation Committee.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Propose and\/or contact researchers to make the scientific evaluation on the basis of their expertise described on the CRIR or CIRRIS website;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the logistics and follow-up of evaluations;<\/li>\n<li>Transmit information to researchers whose project is being evaluated and carry out recalls;<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback on researchers&#8217;
