The <strong>Hub<\/strong> will implement and sustain a service of workshops, internships and mentoring that will provide training in cross-cutting skills to graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. The goal is to guide students through training in project management, leadership, communications, creativity, etc., to enhance their employment prospects, regardless of their career path.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong><em>Hub<\/em><\/strong> is an initiative of five research centers located in the Montreal area:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Rehabilitation of Greater Montreal (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.crir.ca\/en\">CRIR<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Research Centre of the Geriatric University Institute of Montreal (<a href=\"https:\/\/criugm.qc.ca\/en\/\">CRIUGM<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li><em>Centre de recherche en sant\u00e9 publique (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cresp.ca\/fr\">CReSP<\/a>)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Center for Research and Expertise in Social Gerontology (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.creges.ca\/en\/\">CREG\u00c9S<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sherpa-recherche.com\/en\/home\/\">SHERPA<\/a> University Institute &#8211;
