400;\">Job brief<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Established within the CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l&#8217;\u00cele-de-Montr\u00e9al (CCSMTL), the Institut universitaire sur la r\u00e9adaptation en d\u00e9ficience physique de Montr\u00e9al (IURDPM) brings together more than 60 researchers and 240 interdisciplinary students dedicated to developing knowledge and practices in the areas of mobility, communication and cognition, as well as the environment and services.\u00a0The research teams are deployed on the Gingras-Lindsay and Laurier pavilions.\u00a0The Centre de recherche interdisciplinaire en r\u00e9adaptation du Montr\u00e9al m\u00e9tropolitain (CRIR), one of the largest rehabilitation research centres in Canada, is the research centre of the IURDPM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: the IURDPM, the clinical research coordinator ensures the implementation of the research program and the deployment of activities related to the academic mission of the IURDPM.\u00a0More specifically, this person ensures the link between researchers and clinical settings, more particularly for the communication and cognition niche.\u00a0It facilitates the development of research partnerships, plans knowledge transfer activities, welcomes research students, provides support to researchers and their staff, contributes to the scientific animation of the community, monitors compliance with ethical standards, helps structure and develop the University Institute and participates in accountability.\u00a0She performs any other related duties at the request of her immediate supervisor.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Duties and responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>RESEARCH<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Conduct the assessment of the local feasibility of research projects submitted to the IURDPM and participate in the different stages of their deployment.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare letters of support for research projects submitted to the granting agencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Knowledge transfer<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Participate in the development and implementation of the knowledge transfer program resulting from the work carried out by the research teams.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of knowledge transfer tools, in collaboration with researchers and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Collaboration and engagement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Liaise between different members of the Institute, such as researchers, clinical members, research professionals, students and intersectoral collaborators.<\/li>\n<li>Organize, co-facilitate and take charge of the logistical aspects of certain meetings (preparation of agendas and minutes, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Encourage consultation both internally and externally with potential partners.<\/li>\n<li>Support and engage clinicians in their participation in research and knowledge transfer activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Other dimensions of the university mission<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Participate in the consolidation, development and influence of the IURDPM.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate on evidence-based clinical practice development projects.<\/li>\n<li>Support technology and intervention assessment (ETMI) projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Accountability<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Maintain records and support the Head of Service in the development and updating of dashboards and statistics on Institute-related activities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate in the preparation of the annual report and various balance sheets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Profile sought<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Academic<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>2nd cycle degree in an appropriate discipline such as health sciences or social sciences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Experience and knowledge required<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Professional experience in the field of research.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the field of rehabilitation in physical disability, especially for the sensory-language clientele.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project coordination and collaborative development<\/li>\n<li>Experience in knowledge transfer, valorization and mobilization.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of research ethics is an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Languages and software<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Excellent command of oral and written French, ability to read texts in English.<br \/>\nAbility to express oneself and write in English an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Mastery of the Windows environment, office software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook,
