Under the supervision of the Head of Department, and in close collaboration with the Scientific Director of the IURDPM-CRIR, the candidate&#8217;s main mandate will be to support the IURDPM&#8217;s internal and external communications.<\/p>\n<h2>Main tasks<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Help develop IURDPM&#8217;s communication plan to reach different target audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage the IURDPM partner list, participate in internal and external communications.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the IURDPM website and social networks (editing, content review, usage indicators, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Produce various products such as highlights, intervention kits and research reports.<\/li>\n<li>Produce the Newsletter.<\/li>\n<li>Capture and document the achievements of IURDPM researchers in a register, and promote them through various IURDPM, CIUSSS and CRIR channels.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on requests for communications from researchers and IURDPM team members.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the organization of events such as partner meetings, symposia or activities aimed at the general public.<\/li>\n<li>Support the programming of IURDPM scientific activities (lunchtime lectures, student presentations, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Write and prepare minutes, presentations and reports, and contribute to IURDPM&#8217;s annual review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile required<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Academic level: college or university degree with specialization in communications, other training may be considered with significant work experience in communications.<\/li>\n<li>Experience: minimum of two years&#8217; experience in a communications-related position.
