{"id":22935,"date":"2024-04-22T14:54:30","date_gmt":"2024-04-22T18:54:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/crir.ca\/offre-demploi-coordinateur-coordinatrice-de-recherche-clinique-crc\/"},"modified":"2024-04-22T15:08:25","modified_gmt":"2024-04-22T19:08:25","slug":"offre-demploi-coordinateur-coordinatrice-de-recherche-clinique-crc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/crir.ca\/en\/offre-demploi-coordinateur-coordinatrice-de-recherche-clinique-crc\/","title":{"rendered":"Job opportunity: Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) | Memory and Motor Rehabilitation Laboratory"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>description:<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Memory and Motor Rehabilitation Laboratory<\/strong> is currently looking for a <strong>Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)<\/strong> to help conduct research in the field of exercise and neuroscience: <a href=\"https:\/\/memorylab.ca\/\">https:\/\/memorylab.ca\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"highlight-box\">\n<ul>\n<li>Supervisor: Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/crir.ca\/en\/member\/marc-roig-pull-ph-d\/\">Marc Roig<\/a>, Department of Physical and Occupational Therapy, McGill University | CRIR-JRH Researcher<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deadline to apply: May 10<sup>th<\/sup>, 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Start date: August 15<sup>th<\/sup>, 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a class=\"btn\" href=\"https:\/\/crir.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Clinical-Research-Coordinator-ad-v2_Marc-Roig_bilingue.docx.pdf\">Job opportunity (bilingual) in PDF Format here<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordination of research projects<\/li>\n<li>Assist graduate students with their research projects (e.g., data collection)<\/li>\n<li>Recruit participants for large-scale randomized controlled trials<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit applications to research ethics boards<\/li>\n<li>Assist the PI with grant submission tasks, curriculum update<\/li>\n<li>Track the expenses of multiple research funds and process purchase orders<\/li>\n<li>Conduct scientifically validated evaluations of physical and cognitive function in clinical populations (i.e., stroke, Parkinson\u2019s Disease)<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity for authorship on conference and journal publications and involvement in other scientific activities (e.g., journal clubs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Functional fluency in French (i.e., enough for basic conversations) is required<\/li>\n<li>Availability to work occasional nights and weekends is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Assets:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with older adults or clinical populations<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in clinical research, particularly in research ethics and recruitment<\/li>\n<li>Experience in financial administration<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the Nagano research ethics platform and\/or McGill Marketplace<\/li>\n<li>Experience in website design with WordPress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Hours: 25-30 hours\/week that could be increased if needed.<\/p>\n<p>Remuneration: In line with McGill payment scales and based on the experience and qualifications.<\/p>\n<p>Location: Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital (JRH), 3205 Pl.
