She is currently looking for a part-time bilingual research assistant to join her team.<\/h1>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>IMPORTANT DATES :<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Application deadline: July 15, 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Start date: August 1, 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>What will this job involve?<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Overseeing and coordinating a multisite study in Quebec<br \/>\n&#8211; Working collaboratively with the Student Research assistant in Quebec and the coordinator in Ontario<br \/>\n&#8211; Completing ethics renewals using Nagano and McGill IRB via ERAP<br \/>\n&#8211; Building relationships and communicating with study sites<br \/>\n&#8211; Applying recruitment strategies across sites<br \/>\n&#8211; Managing clinician teams and coordinating trainings<br \/>\n&#8211; Collecting study data on REDCap (with Student Research Assistant)<br \/>\n&#8211; Organizing and validating data in Excel, creating charts and tables<br \/>\n&#8211; Managing study budget<\/p>\n<h3>What are the job requirements?<\/h3>\n<p>1. Interest\/experience in research and study coordination<br \/>\n2. Fluency in English and French is required<br \/>\n3. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills<br \/>\n4. Knowledge in Word, Excel\/SPSS\/R, Reference Manager (preference for experience with EndNote)<br \/>\n5. Knowledge of the REDCap data-collection software<br \/>\n6. Academic writing and editing skills<br \/>\n7. Experience working with youth with disability is preferable<br \/>\n8.
