data-auth=\"Verified\">Keiko Shikako, Ph.D.,<\/a>\u00a0OT,\u00a0<\/b><b>CRIR\u2013Lethbridge-Layton-Mackay Rehabilitation Centre,<\/b>\u00a0Canada Research Chair in Childhood Disability: Participation and Knowledge Translation.<\/p>\n<p>The postdoc will join ongoing funded knowledge mobilization and implementation projects, and is expected to lead specific components of the projects:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Policy analysis, community interviews, and analysis related to the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Canada (SSHRC Insight Project).<\/li>\n<li>Implementation and evaluation of the Jooay App with municipal and community organizations actors (CIHR-CHILD-BRIGHT SPOR Network project).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>GENERAL DUTIES:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the overall project development, including communication with interested parties and projects\u2019 collaborators,<\/li>\n<li>Implement and evaluate projects\u2019 steps according to approved research protocols,<\/li>\n<li>Conduct interviews, focus groups and knowledge mobilization strategies,<\/li>\n<li>Conduct qualitative analysis and policy analysis,<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the preparation of reports, manuscripts and grant applications,<\/li>\n<li>Present work at internal, local, national and international meetings,<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and train students,<\/li>\n<li>Engage in management and administrative duties related to the research program in collaboration with the research staff,<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other network members and external collaborators,<\/li>\n<li>Actively engage and contribute to the PAR-KT lab activities (weekly lab meetings, journal club, and other training initiatives) and affiliated networks such as CHILD-BRIGHT and CanNRT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The applicant should have a Ph.D. degree (obtained within the past 1-3 years),<\/li>\n<li>The applicant should also have a background in areas related to knowledge translation, implementation science, public health or public policy,<\/li>\n<li>The applicant should preferably have experience in childhood disability research,<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on independent research projects, coordinate efforts with other research trainees, and community and policy collaborators,<\/li>\n<li>Track record indicating ability to conduct scholarly work, prepare publications and contribute to grant applications, ethics applications, conduct interviews and qualitative analysis,<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills,<\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak\/write French is an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>***Please include a cover letter, curriculum vitae and contact funding for a second year)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pay Scale:<\/strong> $55,000\/year<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work Shift: <\/strong>from _9__ a.m. to _5_ p.m., Mondays to Fridays<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work Site:<\/strong> Remote 4 days\/week, at MAB-Mackay site (PAR-KT Lab), Montreal, Quebec once a week \u2013 Candidates must have a residential address in Quebec during the tenure of the
