\nBuilding on Strengths:<\/strong> Co-Creating Programs with Clinicians and Families to Improve the Lives Of Children With Disabilities<\/p>\n

Striving for excellence in the pediatric services offerings at JRH CISSS Laval and solidifying research impacts, the Candidate will pursue an innovative, high-quality and competitive research program, directly targeting the priorities of children and their families and frontline clinicians.<\/p>\n

This will be achieved by:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Building a state-of-the art program that includes dissemination of research findings.<\/li>\n
  2. Optimizing the translation and the uptake of generated evidence into clinical practice.<\/li>\n
  3. Working in close partnership with clinicians, and authentically engaging patients and families in research.<\/li>\n
  4. Seeking necessary external operational funds.<\/li>\n
  5. Attracting collaborating researchers.<\/li>\n
  6. Supervising graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.<\/li>\n
  7. Contributing towards the mission of the CRIR-JRH research Centre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
