STUDENT LIFE AT CRIR

CRIR welcomes many students at its various research sites. In 2022, there are more than 460 students, including 181 master’s students, 218 doctoral students, 38 postdoctoral trainees/fellows and 27 interns over the course of the year including summer students.

Students benefit from the rich interdisciplinary research environment as well as by having access to resources that their director, a CRIR  researcher, can make available, such as shared research staff.

Students are an integral part of the research teams. They contribute towards CRIR research, are involved in promoting research in rehabilitation and participate in CRIR activities (conferences, symposia, meetings).

A CRIR student colloquium is organized every year by the students. These colloquium allows students to present the progress of their research and to discuss a variety of topics that will enable them to improve their skills, such as transferring scientific knowledge to the public and presenting a poster.

Follow CRIR on LinkedIn to keep up to date with the progress of the rehabilitation research, find out and participate about CRIR’s knowledge mobilization activities (workshops, conferences, training, events); get involved and participate in student life activities; receive CRIR’s communications: CRIR funding offers, job offers, appointment announcements, presentation of researchers in the media, and invitations to project and funding calls, external events and conferences.

Subscribe to the Facebook page of the student committee to know all about the activities of the committee and do not hesitate to communicate with your student representatives for any questions.
