Striving for excellence in the pediatric services offerings at JRH CISSS Laval and solidifying research impacts, the Candidate will pursue an innovative, high-quality and competitive research program, directly targeting the priorities of children and their families and frontline clinicians.
This will be achieved by:
- Building a state-of-the art program that includes dissemination of research findings.
- Optimizing the translation and the uptake of generated evidence into clinical practice.
- Working in close partnership with clinicians, and authentically engaging patients and families in research.
- Seeking necessary external operational funds.
- Attracting collaborating researchers.
- Supervising graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.
- Contributing towards the mission of the CRIR-JRH research Centre.
