The LEViER aims to catalyze an organizational culture characterized by a “living ethics” approach within the Gingras-Lindsay Rehabilitation Institute of Montréal (IRGLM) and supporting patients, family members, clinicians and managers to discuss and respond to ethical considerations arising in everyday settings. The IRGLM is part of the CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l’Ile-de-Montréal.
DETAILS OF THE POSITION :
- 5 to 8 hours per week.
- Located at the IRGLM, 6300 avenue de Darlington, Montréal, H3S 2J4, though some hybrid work is possible.
- Remuneration based on experience and qualitifications.
Within our team, you will contribute to participatory research projects related to rehabilitation
ethics. | Your principal responsibilities would be to:

Participate in data collection activities at the IRGLM ;

Contribute to data analysis (e.g. coding and synthesizing data) ;

Prepare research documents (e.g. meeting minutes, extraction grids, summaries, etc.) ;

Contribute to the development, maintenance and distribution of the LEViER’s newsletter and website ; &
-
Support the work of the project coordinator.
you are a person who…
- Is an undergraduate or Master’s student;
- Is very organized and manages thier time efficiently;
- Enjoys tema work; &
- Is rigorous in completing lasks.
Relevant experiences and abiliTIES:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 360, Canva and otrher programs’;
- Expérience with website management and qualitative analysis software are assets;
- Demonstrated interest in qualitative and participatory methods; &
- Excellent communication in French and English (written and oral).
