Appointment by CRIR and its partners: Patrick Hébert, Project Manager – Programming and Student Support at the Knowledge translation hub for the next generation of health and social services research

CRIR’s Scientific Direction and its partners are pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Hébert as Project Manager – Programming and Student Support of the Knowledge Hub*.

 

Patrick’s mandate will be to develop and implement activities and services related to the new Knowledge Hub program. More specifically, Patrick will provide support to students, ensure the dissemination of relevant information from universities, develop new content aimed at professional integration, facilitate participation in internships, organize events, implement the mentoring service, and more.
Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in career development and is a candidate for a master’s degree in career counseling. He has over 20 years’ experience in the health and social services sector, in project coordination including organizational development, training, talent management and employee experience.
He is recognized for his determination to achieve results, his leadership and influence with partners, his strategic and proactive approach, and his strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Patrick joined the Knowledge Hub team on July 31.

*The Knowledge Hub is an initiative of five research centers in the Montreal region, including CRIR, and aims to implement and sustain a service of workshops, internships and mentoring that will provide training in cross-cutting skills to graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. The goal is to guide students through training in project management, leadership, communications, creativity, etc., to enhance their employment prospects, regardless of their career path.
