ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

The student committee is delighted to invite you to the next workshop dedicated to the development of leadership and teamwork skills in the field of rehabilitation. This workshop will be an excellent opportunity to explore the parallels between the values of collaboration in rehabilitation and the creation of a culture of excellence.

Professor Bloom will discuss how to lead a high-performance sports organization, a multifaceted, complex, and demanding position. This presentation will explain how elite sports leaders and coaches play a key role in creating a culture of excellence within their teams. Despite all the pressures to win, these top leaders succeed by implementing a set of values and principles focused on holistic athlete development and maintaining a level of excellence in every aspect of their teams.
