The objective of this talk is to present to researchers and clinicians some of the key points of “Treating the Child with a Cerebellar Movement Disorder”, which can also be applied to an adult population. The role of the cerebellum, the characteristics of a cerebellar movement disorder, the impairments observed in a cerebellar disorder and basic treatment principles will be presented.
