Research assistant
Project description
Under the direction of the BRILLIANT Project Leader, the Research Assistant is responsible for data collection, patient recruitment, patient interviews, and interview coding. In collaboration with other team members and stakeholders, the qualified person will perform various tasks in accordance with the established methodology. Other responsibilities may include observing the clinical team and documenting current and future/desired clinical workflows and patient journeys.
Qualifications
- University degree in a health field.
- Experience in a healthcare environment with patients, e.g. as a nursing assistant or rehabilitation technician.
- Good knowledge of the trajectory of rehabilitation care is an asset.
Skills and Abilities
- Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools is an asset.
- The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and is motivated
- The ideal candidate is proficient in English and French (oral and written)
- The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication and planning skills
- The ideal candidate fosters a cooperative team environment
