Writing Workshop: Descriptive CV

  • November 24, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Online activity, on Zoom | in French and English, registration required

In the context of the transition from the Canadian Common CV to the Descriptive CV, the Research Axes Team invites you to a collaborative writing workshop.

Three facilitators will present concrete examples and avenues for reflection to better understand the expectations associated with this new format. The workshop will provide a dynamic space for discussion, where everyone will be invited to contribute, share their practices, and draw inspiration from others’ experiences with the goal of demystifying the FRQ’s expectations, identifying best practices, and promoting a thoughtful and coherent approach to writing the Descriptive CV.

Together, we will explore the most effective strategies to showcase our research paths in this new format.

Who is this activity for?

For our researcher and student members, as well as anyone interested in learning how to write a Descriptive CV and highlight their research achievements.
