Welcome to ENoLL BOOT CAMP Living Labs

              

 

This event is co-organized by McGill University, the European Network Living Labs (ENoLL) and the CRIR student committee of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Rehabilitation of Greater Montreal (CRIR).

The ENoLL team will offer a full training package of 3 frontal lessons and 2 hands-on sessions to be delivered in 2-half days. Training will be offered by 2 professional senior trainers: Ms. Martina De Sole (Director of ENoLL) and Dr. Francesca Spagnoli (Head of Capacity Building & Research at ENoLL).

Training: Living Labs basics, experimentation and co-design in the Living Lab Environment

November 8, 13:00 to 17:00 p.m.:

Training: Open Innovation Journeys of LLs (including IPs and IPRs)

  • Location: CRIR-IURDPM: Institut de réadaptation Gingras-Lindsay-de-Montréal, Salle Saputo (rez-de-chaussée), 6300 Avenue de Darlington, Montréal, QC H3S 2J4

 

Each lesson will provide a firm understanding of Living Labs essentials and how to structure the activities through an open innovation processes, frameworks, methods, and tools to support the setting up and daily management of Living Labs, with a strong focus on learning practical skills that can be immediately applicable to the daily challenges of your organization.

 

The participants have the chance to learn:

  • Understand Living Labs: Explore the Quadruple Helix Model, 3-Layer Framework, and Co-design vs. Co-creation.
  • Implement with Precision: Master Experimentation, Co-Design, and Adaptation in Real-Life Settings.
  • Open Innovation Excellence: Learn Solutions Identification and Project Innovation Lifecycle Management.
  • Inspire with Success: Gain Insights from Inspirational Living Lab Stories
