Gouvernance du CRIR (CGC)

The Comité de gouvernance du CRIR (CGC)* ihas ensured the collaborative governance of Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Rehabilitation of Greater Montreal (CRIR) and it is an association of four members of Santé Québec, representing the four CRIR sites:
- Santé Québec Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal – Universitaire, affiliated with the Université de Montréal, which includes the CRIR site : Institut universitaire sur la réadaptation en déficience physique de Montréal (IURDPM);
- Santé Québec West-Central Montreal Health and Social Services University Network, affiliated with McGill University, Université de Montréal and UQAM, which includes the CRIR site : Lethbridge-Layton-Mackay Rehabilitation Research Centre (LLMRC – Constance-Lethbridge et Layton-Mackay sites);
- Santé Québec Laval, affiliated with McGill University and Université de Montréal, which includes the CRIR site : Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital (JRH);
- Santé Québec Montérégie-Centre, affiliated with the Université de Montréal, which includes the CRIR site : Institut Nazareth et Louis-Braille (INLB).
The CGC also has two associate members: the Santé Québec Lanaudière and the Santé Québec Laurentides.
Together, these member establishments provide services for all types of physical disabilities (motor, hearing, visual, language and communication) to people of all ages.
*In June 2023, as part of the renewal of the commitment of CRIR’s four administrator members, the name was changed from Pole universitaire de réadaptation (PUR) to Comité de gouvernance du CRIR (CGC). The PUR was created by CRIR’s four founding members in 2000.
