Research Orientation Committee

The Research Orientation Committee (COR) discusses and recommends directions of research and advises the scientific directors on orientation and policy matters related to:
- the development, adaptation and implementation of the Development Plan and annual research program;
- steps promoting reciprocity between researchers and clinicians;
- coordinating efforts between CRIR, its members and its affiliates;
- training and support for students;
- recruiting of and support for new researchers;
- planning the dissemination of research results and implications; and
- exploring new research directions, collaborations and funding.
It also makes recommendations to the Assembly of Researchers and to the General Assembly when required.
When necessary, it may form ad hoc committees, such as the Communications subcommittee.
