Science POP – Science Communication Competition: CRIR recipients on their way to the provincial finals!

Congratulations to the three recipients!

The first edition of Science POP‘s CRIR internal science communication competition was held on April 18, 2023. This pan-Quebec initiative of scientific popularization proposed by the Clinical Research Institute of Montreal (IRCM) and propelled by the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé (FRQS) was a great success and allowed to gather nearly 80 people in presence at the CRIUGM and online, from the academic and research community, clinical settings as well as the general public.

The winners of both challenges received a $1000 prize, as well as the opportunity to represent CRIR at the provincial finals of the Science POP competition to be held on May 27-28, 2023 at IRCM in Montreal.
The “Coup Coeur du Public” Award was determined by audience members (in person and online), following an electronic and paper vote. The recipient received a $100 gift card.
