Description

Dr. Park’s research focuses on healing and transformative processes at dyadic, community/systemic and sociocultural levels from first-person or experience-near perspectives using critical, narrative-phenomenological and aesthetic conceptual frameworks. Her funded ethnographic and participatory research has focused on understanding the experiences of and working with multiple stakeholders, including persons with invisible disabilities, family members, health and social care professionals, policy makers and citizens on mental health-related issues topics, including everyday ethics, inclusion, and justice in “healing” encounters, policy implementation, system change and community activation.
