Description
Using virtual reality, motion capture systems, eye-tracking technology, psychometric visual perceptual measures and neurophysiological measures, we are investigating on the following research themes:
- Characterization of visuomotor deficits during locomotion after stroke and in older adults;
- Assessment and training of complex locomotor tasks in stroke survivors using high-end and low-cost virtual reality tools;
- Impact of phone messaging while walking in young and older adults;
- Impact of visuospatial neglect on visually guided locomotion and navigation;
- Functional and neurophysiological changes induced by music supported therapy for stroke survivors.
